Do my workers need smartphones?
They need WhatsApp. Any phone that runs WhatsApp works, and voice notes mean they do not have to type.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It repeats back what it saved. If a tag or number is wrong, reply UNDO and send it again. It asks when something is unclear instead of guessing.
Is my farm's data private?
Each farm's records are kept separate from every other customer, and the assistant only reads and writes your own farm.
Can I use it for both beef and dairy?
Yes. One animal record, with dairy screens (milk, udder health, dry-off) and beef screens (weigh days, feedlot, carcass) side by side.
